Hey! I’m Chrystal Irene,

I’m a photographer based in San Francisco, California, with a focus in portraiture, editorial, and lifestyle commercial work. I also own a boutique wedding photography studio called Honey and Light.

For as long as I can remember, expression through art has been part of my life. When I was 12, I picked up my first camera and immediately became obsessed with documenting life through visual arts. I loved the way you can share & relive any beautiful moment in time through photographs and videos.

Photography is the only true way of time-travel…

I love the way an image can bring you back to any moment in time. My goal as an artist is to create a timeless raw experience — I want you to feel every emotion & memory rushing back as you view your images twenty years from now.

A little about me… I’m obsessed with pink sunsets, fluffy clouds, tall redwoods, and exploring the outdoors. I’m a self-proclaimed chef with a killer avocado pesto pasta recipe. You can catch me at the gym on my days off or at home, practicing my latte art and spending time with my calico cat.

I have traveled across the world exploring & feeding my love for food, cultures, and landscapes. My favorite country is Japan because of their innovative technology, delicious food, and most of all their art culture.
